Our Business Days and Hours
Business Hours:
Toby Deals Support team work from Monday to Friday for 8 business hours. Otherwise, you may submit a ticket. Our support team will reply you as soon as possible, normally within one to three working days.

Public Holidays:
On public holidays of Hong Kong, Toby Deals office, customer service centre and warehouse will be closed. You can still place your order at, and we will process your order immediately on the next business day.

For one day ahead of the public holidays, Toby Deals will have notification on page to make sure you are aware of this matter.
